Self Discipline

“Discipline makes things easier, organize your life” - Stic.man, Let's Get Free- album.

With the everyday hustle that comes with living in the modern world, it can be easy to get lost in the whirlwind.  There are so many things to concentrate on like bills, bills and bills.  You have your personal relationships, family, work and hopefully some play.  Balancing these things can be difficult if you don’t have self discipline.

Self discipline allows you to master yourself by knowing yourself.  You learn your strengths and weakness.  You begin to understand what motivates and what drives you.  Your passion will also be revealed and you will be guided towards your life purpose.

The best way to gain self discipline is to put yourself on a daily regimen.  This is done by first brainstorming make a list of everything that you would honestly like to do on a daily basis.  Chisel that list down to what you can actually do.  Type that final list and have it in a few places where you can see it.  Then, do it!  The hardest thing to do is to actually get started.  Once you get started you gain momentum which drives you to want to finish what you started.

As you continue on your regimen you will see results from your effort.  There will be a sense of accomplishment and achievement.  You will also have increased self confidence as you see what can happen when you make a habit of focusing your mind on a task.

You will also gain an inner calm which stems form having more control over life.
Self discipline is a trait of every champion that ever lived.  Step into their realm and experience being a champion yourself by exercising self discipline.
