I Hate Going to the Doctor!

Do you dread going to the doctor’s office?

You walk in and the place probably looks institutional.  Cold White walls, sick people and that noxious doctor’s office smell.  After waiting for an hour, you finally get to see the nurse (not the doctor) who asks you a few random questions.  When your doctor actually sees you, he talks to you for two minutes, writes down a prescription and hands you a bill for a couple hundred bucks.

Has this ever happened to you?  It is no wonder why people don’t like to have doctor’s appointments.  You can go in feeling bad, and leave feeling worse.

One patient went to her M.D. for a case of Athlete’s Foot.  She was given a popular medication for this fungus infection of the foot.  A few weeks later, she woke up in the morning to find that the palms of her hands, soles of her feet, and tongue were black.  The medication had caused inflammation of the liver also known as non-viral Hepatitis

All of us know of someone who went to the hospital for something relatively minor and never came home.  My condolences to their families and loved ones.

The above occurrences are exactly the opposite of what you experience at New York Sports Acupuncture.  Most folks come in to our office feeling alright, but leave feeling FANTASTIC!!

I don’t know how many times patients have hobbled in, hunched over and in pain…. and left the office walking upright.  Sometimes we have to chase patients down because they forgot their walking cane!  I often have to politely ask folks to leave the treatment room because they feel so relaxed after their session.

We are changing the paradigm of healthcare to one that fully services the needs of the patient.  Our goal is to have you gain immediate and long lasting benefits.  Come see for yourself.  Make an appointment today and I guarantee, you will feel awesome.
