Part 1- The Grim Truth

Let me share with you a rather startling statistic that you probably know already. It is estimated that 65% of adults and 30% of children in the U.S. are overweight and/or obese.

That’s almost 7 out of every 10 adults and 3 out of every 10 children.

This means that the majority of people in this country will at some point in their life be diagnosed with heart disease or high blood pressure or diabetes or cancer or another chronic health condition or a combination of any of these.

I know this sounds pretty grim.

The good news is that many folks are aware of this prognostication and are making proactive choices to choose wellness over sickness.

I will be posting a short series of messages over the next few days that will show you how to easily avoid being one of those 7 out of ten adults.

During this series I will teach you scientifically proven methods for transforming your health.

It is much easier than you think. And with the help of a qualified Health Professional, it’s a snap. So let’s get started.

Money is Not Evil

Money is an idea.  It is a medium of exchange to get the thing we want.  Dollar bills especially represent an idea.  The cost of the raw materials of the actual paper and ink of any dollar bill regardless of denomination is only two cents.  In the future, dollar bulls will be worthless cloth paper and will be a symbol of an era past.

This is unlike precious metals and jewels that have survived the test of time for their value.  If I could physically time travel, I could theoretically take some silver coins in my personal collection to the market of an ancient society like Egypt or Greece and buy myself a hearty meal and some clothes.

Regardless, we all have agreed to use dollars to attain what we want.  We even go into debt based on this idea.  The question is, “What do we exchange for dollars?”  Getting money for money’s sake does not make sense.

You have to buy and pay for things like clothing, shelter and transportation.  You also have to invest that money in something that will then generate a greater value.

We invest in our own children’s education in hopes that the degrees that we earn will help foster the ability to navigate the future with greater facility.

We invest in securities like stocks and bonds, trusting that we will receive dividends from the profit of business corporations.

These things are great.  Most of us do not have a problem with what money can get us, but folks often have a problem with money itself.

What would you do with more money...? Pay down your bills? Travel the world?  Help loved ones that don’t have money?  Donate to social organizations or charity?  Give more to your house of spiritual worship?

Presently, money as we know it helps all these things continue to be possible.  Keep this in mind if you believe that money is evil, or it is not worth the time to generate money for yourself.

Get money, so that you can have it and do the things with it that are necessary in able for you to be who you are to be.

Everyday is Work!

“Everyday is Work” – Bob Marley

I don’t know about you, but I really love to accomplish goals.  Short and long term goals.  To be able to look at a project from start to finish is a great feeling.  Turning nothing into something is an awesome creative power.

Most of the time, I work to move from the internal vision of what I want.  Moving from my internal always steers me in the right direction when I follow my inner voice.  Often times, I try to question why I should do something instead of just doing it.  When I follow my inner voice, everything falls into space.  This happens because the universe is infinite and responds to our every wish and desire.  It will bend shape for each of us while maintaining balance.

Watching events unfold in life is fun.  Sometimes I feel like I am the car and my spirit is a race car driver.  The only difference is that I get the kudos when things manifest.  I understand that my spirit is a part of me, but seeing things move from the spiritual to the physical ceases to amaze me.

As more people are realizing their spiritual power from the inner self, and using it in a way that is beneficial to themselves and others, the world is becoming even more fun to live in today and everyday.

Work your mojo and get the most out of life!
