Laetrile Therapy for Prevention (and treatment) for Cancer

A quick and easy way to help prevent the onset of the body imbalance known as “Cancer” is to eat the seeds in many of the common fresh fruits and other foods that you consume.

Scientific studies and independent case studies have shown that Nitriloside, also known as Vitamin B17 is very helpful in the prevention and treatment of cancer.  Dr. Ernst Krebs, the leading authority on the relationship between cancer and nitrilosides is quoted as saying, “These nitrilosides just might be to cancer what vitamin C is to scurvy, niacin is to pellagra, what vitamin B12 and folic acid are to pernicious anemia”. (Cancer News Journal, May/ August, 1970)

In Hunza, a small country in the Himalaya Mountains, the Hunzatans commonly live to be more than 100 years of age.  The people who live here are actually free of cancer, heart disease, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.

The Hunzakats have diet high in plant based foods and do not eat any “processed foods,” except for the natural process of making butter and cheese from the fresh milk produced by their livestock.  It is also against their local laws to use chemical pesticides.

A staple of their diet is the apricot. They commonly remove the seeds by cracking the apricot pit, and press out the oil which is used for various purposes like fuel, salad dressing and even as facial moisturizer.

The Tao Peublo Indians of New Mexico are also cancer and arthritis free.  They have a traditional beverage which is made from the kernels of cherries, peaches and apricots.  They mix about ¼ ounce (about two dozen kernels) of ground apricot kernels which have been oven roasted for 10 minutes at 300 degrees, in juice with a tablespoon of honey.  The oven roasting of the kernels destroys enzymes that could otherwise upset the stomach when consuming this large amount of kernels.

These common foods and fruit seeds have a high content of the cancer preventing and destroying Vitamin B17:
  • Apricots
  • Peaches
  • Apples
  • Prunes
  • Plums
  • Cherries
  • Nectarines
  • Millet
  • Buckwheat
  • Macadamia nuts
  • Bamboo shoots
  • Mung Beans
  • Lima Beans
  • Butter Beans

As a dietary supplement, 7-12 apricot and/or peach kernels can be eaten daily.

Apricot kernels and Peach kernels are used by the Chinese as herbal medicine and are commonly available in a local Chinatown under the names “Xing Ren” (Apricot kernel) and “Tao Ren” (Peach Kernel).  I also have both Apricot and Peach Kernels available for $15 a pound

Part 7 - Putting It All Together

I started this series with some startling statistics on the rates of overweight and/ or obese adults in the U.S., and how being overweight or obese drastically increases ones chance of being diagnosed with a degenerative disease like cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes or heart disease.

One of the keys to health that was revealed was how necessary it is to keep your body clean and free of toxins as a way of protecting yourself from disease. This is achieved by a regular “cleanse” of your blood, organs and intestines.

You have to get rid of the accumulated waste from processed foods, greasy and fatty foods, unclean water, the effects of harmful radiation from electrical devices like cell phones and computers, mercury in dental fillings, the toxic air in the environment, etc….

Another key was transcribed from the walls of the temples in Ancient Egypt and is the infamous maxim, “Know Thyself.”

Knowing Yourself means knowing what makes you tick.

We all have different body constitutions. When you know what makes you strong versus what makes you weak, you can make decisions with intention towards being as strong as you can be. Otherwise, you may think that you are doing what is best, but are actually only running in place or worse, going backwards!

Having a regimen that is specifically formulated for you is crucial for you to experience optimal health.

For example…

• There are 361 points on the main 14 acupuncture meridians. During an Acupuncture treatment, I only use about 8 of these points on you at one time.

• Out of more than 500 Chinese herbs in the Herbal Materia Medica, only 4-12 herbs are used at one time in your personalized herbal formula…. And by the way, Goldenseal and Echinacea are not the cure all for everything!

• What is needed for your individual needs and goals is assessed during your in depth Initial Health Consultation which lasts over 1 ½ hours. When is the last time your doctor spent that much time with you?

****************************************************************

You rip and run all day working to make ends meet and enjoy life. It is ridiculous that the price of rent, gas and overall cost of living is steadily rising, causing you to work harder to just to maintain your current lifestyle. This can be very stressful. Because of this, it is necessary to also budget your own self into your time, making sure that you take time to recharge your batteries.

The easiest way to quickly relieve stress and recharge is to regulate your breathing.

When you consciously take long deep breaths, your heart rate will slow down and your mind will automatically become calm. Deep breathing alone will extend your life and strengthen your mind, body and spirit!

Take one minute now to inhale and exhale deeply and notice how you feel afterwards…

When you receiving professional healthcare services like Acupuncture or Massage or Rei Ki, you will first experience a deep sense of well being and relaxation from your daily hustle and grind.

All wholistic and alternative medicine services work on the subtle energetic levels of the body, supercharging your immune system and giving you a clarity of mind that you may have never experienced.

Patients of mine have:

• Detoxed and Cleansed their system

• Lost Weight

• Stopped Smoking

• Gotten Rid of Allergies

• Decreased their Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar

• Made remarkable changes in their eating habits

• Began living more fulfilling lives…

Don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions regarding your health.

I already congratulate you for taking the steps towards a healthier you!

Part 6 - What to Do When You Reach a Health Goal

For the past New Year, you may have set the popular health goal of, “Losing Some Weight This Year.”

You then proceeded to get focused by joining the gym, dieting and even reading a few health books.

So now you are on your “get healthy” journey and you realized that the rabbit hole goes deeper than you think. Not only does most of your favorite foods have tons of fat and sugar…. but once you cut those foods out of your diet, it seems like there is nothing left to snack on but a bag of baby carrots.

After friends, family and co-workers see that you are serious, they stop making jokes about your “bird food” and actually lend you some support. The road seems clearer as you have gotten into your routine of going to the gym, eating less carbs, and just saying no to Cinnabons.

The question arises, “What do I do next?”

Having the discipline to get started and staying on the path of being healthier is hard enough without having to figure out what your next move is.

If you have not been on an unreasonable fad diet, the answer is to continue what you are doing now.

Continue reading books that explain the benefits of eating healthy and the dangers of junk foods. Knowledge is power. The more you know about why foods are good or bad for you, the easier it will be to make the right choices.

Keep exercising. We all know that aerobic exercise is excellent for the heart, and strength training make us look and feel fantastic.

Find the balance with your diet. Fruits and vegetables have a very high content of water. Your body is over 70% water. When you eat your main meals, most of your plate should be covered with vegetables and the smaller portion with a protein or carbohydrate. Combine this with plenty of fresh fruit during the day and you are well on your way to a balanced diet.

Have a team of health professionals that can guide you when you have questions that need to be answered, some inspiration when you get in a slump and can provide services for you that you can’t do yourself.

The road will get bumpy, and you may even get off course, but the main thing is to stay on the path, and you will reach your health goals.

As you get further down the road, you will probably have a whole list of activities that you enjoy that are beneficial to your mind, body and spirit. The most effective thing to do to in order to stay on point is to get organized by making a list of all these activities on a chart or excel sheet, and checking them off on a daily basis.

Life happens, and months can go by as you will forget that you planned to get a massage at least once a month, or get a colonic, or write in your journal regularly….

Getting healthy and staying healthy is not as hard as one may think. Once you experience how great you look and feel when you exercise and eat well, or how awful your body treats you when you eat the wrong thing, there is no turning back!

Being healthy is not some form of medieval torture, but is actually rewarded with longevity, increased stamina and overall vitality.
